Working Guides
Once fully trained, the guide dog is carefully matched with a blind or visually impaired partner.The newly paired team will spend two weeks on campus learning how to work together. Guide Dogs for the Blind is internationally recognized as a leader in providing outstanding guide dog team training and graduate follow-up. At graduation puppy raisers say goodbye to their graduating dogs, and the graduating class members bid farewell to return to their homes and families with new partners by their sides.
